As a teacher I always come in contact with germs, etc. In a school of 800, illness spreads rapidly. I drank one defense every day last school year and never got sick! Defense is amazing!
This is not my favorite vitamin water. However, it is not my least favorite. It is sweet and smooth but the flavors do not agree too wel. I feel cran apple would be better

i hate water, but when i bought this drink it was good, now all i drink is these kinds of drinks, and they do sell this in the big bottle at walmart, i bought all of mine for a l.oo each. this is a really great drink.
I work around sick people all day. I have made it this cold/flu season without so much as the sniffles. I drink one Defense daily at work. I recommend it to all my coworkers. Good going. Love this stuff!
I was really skeptical when I first starting drinking this water, I didn't think that it would make me feel any different. I haven't had a cold since I started drinking the defense. I drink all flavors every day! They are all amazing and they do make you feel better, and you cannot beat the smooth taste.
I love this flavor of vitamin water..i had it once and i feel in love with it...thers is only one store around here that sells this kind and when i go there i get like a million of them..hahaha..
I run cross country in the fall and when i drink this stuff it gets me soo pumped up for the race..its amazing and it doesnt compare to all the other flavors!!!
Although I haven't had the chance to try all of them yet (though I have tried most) this is my favorite of the bunch. Very natural flavor, not too sweet and you gotta love the advice on the label! And I'm sure it's all in my head, but I always feel a bit better after drinking one of these.
Has a great taste, not too sweet, and definitely a winner. Too bad it's not available in larger bottles. Interested in finding where to buy large quantities or in bulk, it's that good.
