I think the initial review is way off. I drink all these flavors and this is by far my favorite. With every sip (gulp) I feel as if I am biting into a fresh orange.
this is absouloutly positively the best drink i have tasted in my entire life. in fact, i am drinking it right now!!!! i love it. if i could, i would marry it! (and no ppl reading this, i am not weird)
I would disagree with the review here as the orange-orange VitaminWater is the best I've tried yet. Others very obviously agree because the stores I buy it from always sell out of the orange first. It does taste like orange juice, very much so. I agree with the writer who said "don't change a thing!" It's great!
Orange-orange is the best flavor of the vitamin waters in my opnion. It is me favorite of the kinds. Everyone that i talk to loves the orange-orange. its their favorite too
i totally disagree an i would recommend this drink to ANYONE who needs a natural vibrant tasting drink to give them a little extra punch to liven them up and getting ready for a good day.

Outstanding and Excellent
Contrary to what some say, I think that this is a great tasting beverage and reminds me of the orange juice I can't have (unless I am in serious trouble) as a diabetic. Yes, it is vitamin packed like all the Vitamin Waters, but this one tastes the best to me. I like all the other flavors, for sure, but this one is the best. And it is simple, and tasty. I recommend this one and give it much higher rating.
After waking up, I would never pass up the opportunity to drink Essential. The refreshing orange flavor leaves oneself in a delightful mood to go about the day. the innovation isn't all there, but it is definetly a flavor that is highly under-rated. Everyone should give this on a try.
im convinced this is the best i quit soda because of it i love trying the new flavors but on charge has come close to this i love it and it should be the top selling lable of the company it has no carrots just taste of orange if you havent tried get it now you wont be dissapointed like with other flavors
Where on earth do carrots come into play here? Only because way down on the list of ingredients there is a mention of beta carotene (for color) does a connection of carrot hit here. Be real this is a real ORANGE drink. and it is dynamite! Oh, yeah, and bitter NOT A BIT!

This is my FAVORITE! This drink is a simple not to sweet not to fussy drink. In today's world of crazy mixed up flavors, many companies forget about those of us who have simple taste buds. I wanted a substitute from sweet soda's or equally sugar filled fruit juices, yet I needed a departure from plain water. And I found it here in this product. Who ever wrote that it has carrots in it HUH? NOT! Or it's bitter hey get your taste buds checked. I don't think you reviewed the same thing as ESSENTIAL (ORANGE-ORANGE) TRY IT. The only CARROT in it is for coloring a small amount of B-carotene was added to enhance the orange color. I no longer drink soda because of this particular flavor. DON"T EVER STOP MAKING THIS DRINK ! :)
I like the concept of the Essential drink, and it's really light, not too heavy. But it tastes like the powdered drink "Tang" that I used to drink as a kid!
I can't overstate how great this stuff is. This is my new beverge of choice, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. This was my first experience with vitamin water, and it remains my favorite flavor. I strongly recommend this to anyone that is tired of the same old beverage. My only complaint is that I can't buy it by the case to avoid the horrible corner store prices.
