Good tasting for a soda, GREAT taste for an energy drink. Savage kick too.

I like all amps because of the taste and that they are made by mountain dew and pepsi. this is a good tast but lacks enough kick to keep me awake through a 30 hour weekend of gaming

Ok energy, tastes like cherry Amp. Side note, this tastes EXACTLY the same as the Halo 3 edition Mountain Dew. That special edition of Mountain Dew is Amp Overdrive with a different color!!

Overdriven

I have expressed openly that I believe Amp is too generic, lacking originality. However, Amp is definetly consumable and enjoyable. Overdrive almost crosses the line from tolerable to "inconsumable." Sure, it has a decent flavor reminiscent to Code Red, which is about all to say about flavor. But the beverage itself is extremely syrupy and difficult to finish. Maybe in a smaller can, this drink would get a higher review. Until then, it's average to the max.

Final Analysis: "Overdrive" is in "Park."
