My sister and I have children around the same age (just a few months apart). She told me that Capri Suns are not healthy, according to the news, and that she only buys her children 100% juice in the little boxes now because Capri Suns are only 10% juice and the rest is sugar water.

Please let me know the health risks associated with this.
