Hall of Fame Beverages announced that Corona, Cali.-based Automated Vending Technologies (AVT) will be distributing its products in their vending machines. • Mountain Valley Spring Company announced that it added three new distributors including Calumet Breweries in Hammond, Indiana and D. Canale Beverages in Memphis, Tennessee.

PEOPLE
Purple Beverage Company appointed Keith Reilly as vice president of on-premise sales. Reilly formerly served as the national director of on-premise sales for Red Bull. • Purple Beverage Co. announced the appointment of Michael Wallace as chief financial officer and executive vice president. Wallace previous served as CFO and Senior VP of the Radiology Corporation of America. • Reed’s Inc. promoted Neal Cohane from senior vice president of national sales to senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Cocaine makers Redux Beverages announced that it would sponsor an upcoming concert tour entitled "The Invaluable Darkness Tour Part 2: Legions of the Chosen Few.” • Citroen Sport announced the arrival of Red Bull as a new partner of its program with the Citroen C4 WRC in the FIA World Rally Championship. • Dr Pepper announced that they will Give Everyone in America a Free Soda If Axl Rose Releases the New Guns N' Roses Album, Chinese Democracy, in 2008. Guitarists Slash and Buckethead Will Not Be Eligible For Free Soda. • The National Kidney Foundation will honor Coca-Cola senior adviser Chales B. Fruit at the foundation’s second annual Spingtime in New York benefit on April 10.
