Adina for Life inc. (www.adinaworld.com) is looking for an energetic, cutting edge, bev-experienced marketer to lead our marketing department, help build our roots-based brand strategy, develop and implement innovative post-guerilla and other creative marketing programs for Adina’s category leadership in healthy natural and coffee energy beverages.
We are a well financed SF Bay Area based outfit focused on living our values of Organic, Fair Trade and Beyond! You would join team including Odwalla founder CO-founder/CEO Greg Steltenpohl, President Bruce Schroder (Former Starbucks/Pepsi JV head), Sobe Founder John Bello (Board). We want the creative best. Pay scaled to experience, $95k+ and strong option package.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Hire, direct and inspire staff to cultivate creative abilities, innovation and cohesiveness within the team.
Collaborate with President and CEO to develop strategic marketing plan including all web-based activities as part of the annual strategic planning process.
Oversee the creative development of all marketing communications for new product introductions and promotions.
Provide fresh concepts for each new season to assure consumer excitement .
Develop and coordinate production of all packaging and promotional materials including but not limited to print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage.
Develop innovative brand building methods to support primary and alternative channels of selling.
Establish and maintain business relationships with outside creative agencies, copywriters, photographers, printers and vendors.
Create strategy and oversee creative resources needed to support public relations programs and activities.
Provide oversight and creative direction for Adina Events and field marketing.
