Job Title: Telemarketing/Inside Sales

Reporting to: National Accounts Director

The position will be based at our North Clybourn Ave office located in Chicago.
Specific duties include:
- Telemarketing to customers based in a specific territory to sell existing products, promote new products and drive interest in sales in client sponsored programs.
- May be required to make in person sales calls to targeted accounts.
- New Account Development – uncover and secure new business opportunities
- Account Database – build and maintain contact information for designated territory.
- Sales Reporting – assist with compiling data for customer sales reports.
- Market Insights – provide requested market research information through store and client surveys.
- Forecasting – provide sales analysis on a weekly/monthly basis.
Skill Requirements:
- 2+ years Telemarketing and/or Sales experience
- Highly self motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office programs.
- Willingness to assist colleagues and work as part of a team
- Reliable and methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working in a busy office environment desirable
- Business Degree desirable
